Goals for December


To ensure consistency with my exercise and diet this month I thought I would keep my goals small and simple.

Fitness
  • Eat 6 small meals a day.
  • Walk 10,000 steps.
  • Restart Couch to 5Km program.
  • Start P90X program.
  • Walk the distance from Sydney to Melbourne on the treadmill (approximately 963Km).

I’m hoping to improve a few things on the personal side too.

Personal
  • Find another job.
  • De-clutter and re-organise my wardrobe.
  • Become more organised at home.
  • Get back into the dating scene.

What are your goals for this festive month?

  1. My goal would to make it through the holidays and still post a small loss!! Sounds to me you have some great goals.
