Week 1 of getting back into being active
has been tuff but after reviewing my calendar I found that I had managed to hop
onto the treadmill for a walk of approximately 45 mins on average for 4 days in
a row. I think that within itself is a great achievement.
After tabulating the total kilometers
achieved over those 4 days, the grand total came to 15.55km. A great start for
someone who was quite sedentary the week prior.
Hope that I will be able to beat my total
kilometer score for week 2?
