To ensure consistency with my exercise and
diet this month I thought I would keep my goals small and simple.
Fitness
- Eat 6 small meals a day.
- Walk 10,000 steps.
- Restart Couch to 5Km program.
- Start P90X program.
- Walk the distance from Sydney to Melbourne on the treadmill (approximately 963Km).
I’m hoping to improve a few things on the
personal side too.
Personal
- Find another job.
- De-clutter and re-organise my wardrobe.
- Become more organised at home.
- Get back into the dating scene.
What are your goals for this festive month?
My goal would to make it through the holidays and still post a small loss!! Sounds to me you have some great goals.
